Make a Payment to the City of Emily
Click on 'Sewer Payments' or 'All Other Payments' to be redirected to our online payment system. Alternatively, you may call 1-888-604-788 and press 2, then ask to make a payment to the City of Emily.
*In the 'Description of Payment' box, please specify what your payment is for (Planning & Zoning fees, Cemetery fees, Rental or Animal Licensing fees, etc.)
Credit, debit, and prepaid debit card payments are accepted. A service fee is charged for the transaction. If you would like to pay by check, payments may be mailed to City of Emily, PO Box 68, Emily, MN 56447 or dropped off in the Payment Drop Box on the left side of the Emily City Hall entrance.
